The Hoosick Planning Board met on Monday, October 21.
[private]Laura Mosely Green again addressed the Board regarding a request for a lot line adjustment on property that is in both Hoosick and Pittstown. The Board approved the line adjustment of the Hoosick portion of the property of 18 acres. The two lots in Hoosick will be reconfigured with one lot being 5.04 acres with the other lot being increased by 6.04 acres. The adjoining lot belonging to the O’Leary family remains 8.94 acres.
William Stearns, accompanied by Nancy Hewitt, approached the Board regarding a lot line adjustment to his parcels on Breese Hollow Road. Stearns wants to move the line so as to result in a one acre parcel for an existing mobile home owned by his son on his property. This would also provide an added half acre to his parcel on which to build a garage. Stearns will return to the Board next month with survey details.
Attorney Denis King told the Board that the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation has revised its long and short Environmental Assessment Forms and that he will put the revised forms on the Town website.[/private]
