Stephentown Town Supervisor Tom Sherman lost out to Larry Eckhardt at the Republican Caucus in his bid to be nominated for a second term. On Saturday December 20, Norma Brenenstuhl, on behalf of Marilyn Hensel, Trust Officer of the Harry Weir Trust Fund at Key Private Bank, presented funds to several community organizations. The total amount awarded during a brief ceremony at the Cheney Free Library was $10,500.
