When I was President of the Berlin Board in the 70's, we met with Lebanon Board in the Stephentown Grade School. The state had told us we could build a Jr/Sr hi campus just South of Stephentown with the state picking up most of the cost. However the Lebonan Board turned us down to follow up on this offer.
