The Road To The Political Graveyard

Someone recently dumped hundreds of political campaign signs along the Route 22 roadside in Center Berlin. The signs come from the election of last November and both Democrats and Republicans seem to be equally represented.
Is Berlin considered a political graveyard? Were they dumped by the Adopt-A-Highway road sign to embarrass the sponsor?
Dianne Mosher, Advisor to the BCS chapter of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), formerly called the FHA Leadership Club, said she was aware of the situation. Mosher apparently had some knowledge too about who the malefactors might be but would only say it was “a stupid prank gone awry.” Mosher said the FCCLA will make sure that the mess is cleaned up, preferably by the litterbugs themselves.
