On Tuesday, August 19, the Cheney Library held its annual Teddy Bear Picnic. Librarian Carol Gaillard (center) encouraged a shy youngster and her bear to join the gathering. The Picnic included story reading, lots of fun and refreshments. (Bea Peterson photo)
